MOT Type 1 Sub-base is a natural stone product ranging from 40mm down to dust. Generally used for a base for patio and driveways or can also be compacted to form a smooth hardstanding area in the garden. In the construction industry MOT type 1 is used under highways and footpaths so you can be assured that with the correct use MOT Type 1 will last you a lifetime.
